FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATIONS
Tailor your warming solution to each patient with the perfect combination of Medwarm Mattresses and Blankets.
Whether your patient needs focused warming on the upper body, lower body or even full-body coverage, you can easily configure a setup that ensures optimal temperature regulation throughout their procedure or recovery.
With flexible options designed to meet a range of clinical needs, you’ll maintain full surgical access without compromising comfort or care.
INFECTION CONTROL
The Medwarm Patient Warming Mattress is the perfect solution for environments where infection control is critical.
Unlike forced air systems, it uses conductive heat - eliminating air movement and minimising the risk of disturbing sterile fields or spreading airborne contaminants.
This makes it particularly well-suited for orthopaedic theatres and plastic or reconstructive surgeries, where maintaining a sterile environment is essential.

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION
The Medwarm Patient Warming Mattress provides a reusable and eco-friendly solution for patient warming that doesn't use any consumables.
The mattress is covered with ultrasonically sealed Polyurethane - waterproofing it against all liquids and making the surface easy to disinfect before its next use.
Reusable covers are also available for further convenience, allowing quick turnaround between patients without generating any clinical waste.
SILENT OPERATION
The mattress features a silent, conductive warming system that creates a calm, quiet environment - essential for maintaining focus and clear communication in the operating theatre.
This is especially valuable during particularly complex surgeries where every movement counts. In contrast, forced-air systems rely on noisy blowers that can disrupt concentration and interfere with team communication at critical moments.

CONDUCTIVE HEAT VS FORCED AIR
Conductive heating offers a quieter, cleaner and more efficient alternative to forced-air systems in operating theatres. The comparison below highlights key differences in infection risk, noise, compatibility and overall performance.
FEATURE | CONDUCTIVE HEAT | FORCED AIR |
Infection Risk | Low (no airflow) | Higher (airflow across theatre) |
Noise Level | Silent | Moderate noise (uses a blower unit) |
Draping Compatibility | Excellent | Can obstruct surgical field |
Reusability | Reusable (long life) | Single-use blankets |
Operating Cost | Low (after initial purchase) | High (ongoing consumables) |
Sustainability | Green (no waste) | Waste-generating |
Temperature Delivery | Consistent, even | Variable |

COMPATIBLE WITH SURGICAL DRAPING
The mattress is highly compatible with surgical draping and patient positioning - both essential for safe, efficient procedures.
Sitting flush beneath the patient, it avoids obstructing the sterile field, allowing precise drape placement.
It also adapts easily to all surgical positions without needing adjustment, ensuring uninterrupted warming even during complex or prolonged surgeries where repositioning is required mid-procedure.

COMFORT & SAFETY PRIORITISED
BUILT-IN ALARMS
Built-in alarms make up a comprehensive security system that detects and alerts if the mattress gets too hot, malfunctions, disconnects or short-circuits.
X-RAY TRANSLUCENT
The mattress uses a carbon fibre material that does not prevent X-rays from passing through, allowing patient temperatures to be maintained even during X-ray scans.
VISCO FOAM
Memory foam is used to ensure maximum comfort for patients, especially when having to lay for long operations. This also helps to prevent bed sores.
