SIZE OPTIONS

The QED Blanket Warmers are available in a range of sizes accommodating 4 to 50 cotton blankets in baskets.  

Smaller cabinets are designed to fit underneath or on top of work surfaces.  Larger cabinets are equipped with wheels for ease of movement.

QED cabinets are manufactured here in the UK and bespoke sizes are available should you need something specific.

QUALITY & WARRANTY

All QED Warming Cabinets are supplied with an industry-leading five-year warranty.

Labour is included in the first year, while spare parts are supplied for the full five-year period to reduce maintenance costs.

QED Warming Cabinets have been supplied to the NHS for over 29 years and their designs have evolved to guarantee reliability and performance.

QED cabinets are installed in numerous NHS, private and international hospitals. 

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

All QED Warming Cabinets are equipped with PID digital temperature controls.

Blanket warmers have a maximum temperature of 80oC but can be set to any other desired temperature.

A warning indicator light will illuminate if the set temperature is exceeded by 2o.  The unit will automatically shut off if overheating continues.

OPTIMISED FOR WARMTH

The quiet internal fan ensures even warm air distribution around the chamber and delivers rapid heat recovery after door opening.

The reflective stainless steel interior evenly distributes heat to keep blankets warmer for longer.

EASY CLEANING

Each cabinet is fitted with a stainless steel interior for easy cleaning.

The stainless steel interior and powder-coated exterior are compatible with hospital-approved wipes and chlorine-based cleaning solutions.

STANDARD SIZE OPTIONS

We offer six sizes as standard: Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large & XXL. The table below details our range of available sizes.

If you need something specific though, please just let us know.  As a UK-based manufacturer, we can produce bespoke cabinets to your exact requirements. 

Please note, you should leave sufficient space between contents and baskets when filling your cabinet to allow for sufficient airflow.
